January New Year, New You right?
Like many things , consistency is key when it comes to creating content. No point turning up at the start of a race in all new gear only to pull out before mile one. Try to aim for a successful twelve months and not to exhaust everything in January.
It’s the most December month of the year, tring-tring-tring-tring. December is more than just Christmas and New Year’s Eve, though it may feel that everything is themed around Christmas and finishing off 2024.
Remember, remember the 5th of November. November is a month of remembrance…will you be enjoying the fireworks, wearing a poppy or growing out your facial hair?
